The scope in the project includes construction / performance of the following facilities:
Construction Building
Service utilities infrastructure such as power supply, water supply, drainage, HVAC, irrigation, firefighting and fire detection, Telecom, ELV & IT systems etc. including tie-ins to Service Block Building (for power, water supply, firefighting, and irrigation) and STP, Landscaping, 10m high Flag Pole, Asphalt Road and Interlock Paving Road, Fence and Gate, and Shaded and Open Parking Areas.
