• Design and Detailed Engineering Services
• Multi-disciplinary engineering services focused on Architectural, Fire & Life Safety, HVAC, Instrument & Telecom, Mechanical/Piping, and Electrical System.

Scope of Work:

• The Project Scope comprises Engineering Design and preparation of Construction Tender Package for the building and facilities specified hereunder.
• Control Building,
• Service utilities infrastructure such as power supply, water supply, drainage, STP, HVAC, firefighting and fire detection, Telecom, ELV & IT systems including tie-ins to existing facilities,
• Chiller Area (located at roof)
• Containerized EDG and Tank Shelter
• Relocation of Guard House
• Roads, Parking, Landscape repair and other External Works
• Ergonomic Study and Recommendations
• All HSE requirements of Toxic Risk mitigation for New Control Room in H2S Amber Zone
