The project scope includes two main works: installing letdown control valves, instrumentation, and piping to reduce low-pressure steam to low-low pressure steam for heating liquid sulphur jacketed lines and tanks, including modifications to existing steam connections to enhance reliability, integrity, and operational flexibility; and replacing deteriorated underground VSD power cables with new above-ground cables routed on cable tray supports along new and existing structures to mitigate risks of cable damage and power outages.
