• Common Gym
• Arabic Tent
• Arabic and Western Lounge
• Mosque
• Service utilities infrastructure such as power supply, water supply, drainage, STP, HVAC, irrigation, firefighting and fire detection, Telecom, ELV & IT systems etc. including tie-ins to existing facilities,
• Landscaping
• Service Block Building
• Asphalt Road and Interlock Paving Road including asphalt approach road from main highway
• Fence and Gate
• Shaded and Open Parking Areas for Accommodation and Office
