• FEED & Detailed Engineering Services
• Engineering Design (MEP) Services of The Legacy Business Center, estimated to be 10,500 GFA (Gross Floor Area) in Al Barsha South Third, Dubai, United Arab Emirates

Scope of Work:

• With Basement, Ground Floor, 2 Podiums, Three (3) floors and Rooftop for modern designated offices areas for meeting and other functions.​
• With 750 seats, a multi-purpose function hall at the Ground Floor could be utilized into 3 @ 250 seating capacity.​
• With 500 seats multi-purpose function hall on the first floor and could be utilized into 2 @ 250 seats capacity.​
• With 27 retail offices, café lounges, canteen, and other utility areas for special purposes.​
• With multi-function outdoor deck for special occasions like weddings, gala, concert, and other open area gathering. ​
• Facility will be controlled by Building Management System (BMS), otherwise known as a Building Automation System (BAS), is a computer-based control system installed in building that controls and monitors the building’s mechanical and electrical equipment, known as “Smart Intelligent Building/Structure.”
